Here is More Than Music, the debut album from UK singer Dan Bowskill due out for April.

Young Londonian singer Dan Bowskill born in 1983 (to a Ghanaian father and British mother) is not a newcomer in reggae studios and has been winning many talent shows and working with various UK producers. But he now releases his debut album due out for April by InnerCircleUniversal Recordings.
He delivers a set mixing roots reggae vibes with some ballads, pop or hip hop songs.
More Than Music begins with the soul ‘Crying Out’ where Dan hopes for a beautiful world.
In the same (relaxing) vein, this album includes sweet love ballads as ‘Forever’ backed by violins and piano or ‘I Adore You’ with a single piano.

Dan Bowskill also mixes reggae and hip hop on ‘Holy Land’ featuring Britain’s rapper Black Rein. This song about religious conflicts has been chosen as the single to introduce this album and was released in February along with a video clip.
If this album features various musical styles, Dan Bowskill is definitely a roots singer that has grown listening with his mother some of the best Jamaican reggae artists as Gregory Isaacs. On ‘Brain Food’ he gives a tribute to this music singing “Reggae is my brain food, reggae is my soul food”.
His voice proves his ripeness on roots instrumentals as on ‘President Brown’, ‘Baboozled’ or ‘We Forward On’.

A cross-over album that could delight more than hardcore reggae fans.
