Mungos Hi Fi

Mungo’s Hi Fi is a reggae and dancehall sound system based in Glasgow, Scotland. They released their first single in 2001, few time before the release of the killer ‘Ing’ featuring Brother Culture. Since, they produced the Belly Ska riddim on their Scotch Bonnet label, founded in 2005, and, in 2006 the Songs of Zion Riddim. The crew works with artists as Ranking Joe, Top Cat, Mikey Murka, Tippa Irie, Kenny Knots, Marina P, MC Ishu, Ras Charmer and Afrikan Simba. They play in Scotland, but also through Europe. They released their debut album Sound System Champions in 2008.
